Wow, big milestone….50 episodes. For this amazing occasion, we wanted to make it special. Welcome Boston Bruins‘ goaltender, Jeremy Swayman to the podcast!

The 22-year-old has seen plenty of ice time over the past few months during this Bruins run towards to the postseason. Over his first few National Hockey League games in 2020-21, Jeremy has amassed a 5-2-0 record with an outstanding 1.56 goals-against average and .946 save percentage. Additionally, the rookie has recorded his first NHL shutout.

Swayman suited up for the Providence Bruins following his collegiate career before getting the call to the big leagues. Prior to turning pro, the goaltender spent three seasons with the University of Maine Black Bears.

The Anchorage, Alaska native was taken in the fourth round of the 2017 NHL Draft, 111th overall, by his current team.

Swayman has a bright future in the NHL and as a regular at Orono Brewing in Orono, Maine we wish him nothing but the best, of course.
